Casiraghi sold him 38'cat to Bottanelli renaming it Tre Gazzelle.
Was builded two new cats,Castello Gancia for Luigi Radice,a 42' powered with two heavy french turbo diesel Baudoin with a new surfury stern drives designed by Radice itself and Effer. It was a fiasco.
Another new cat was the 39' Bagutta for Marco Riganti.

No news no glory in 1990 but only repainted boats: Citver former Honeywell-Bull,Lotto/Ottaviani former Tre Gazelle and Achilli Motors.

Three new boats in 1991. The 38' red Achilli Motors one of the fastest cat in the World Circus with Lamborghini.
The little 36' for the coming back Bardelle powered Lamborghini and the more classic 38' with I.F. turbo diesel Ottaviani for Emanuele Pegazzano.

Another new 38' for Francesco Rinaldi was Camille Fournet.
Co.Ge.Me. of Angelo Torriani was the former Bagutta with the cockpits modified.
At last Surprise of Bruno Carotenuto former Citver modified in the cockpits.
Alls powered Isotta Fraschini T.D.

Last boat builded by Stain: in 1993 Achilli Motors a new 38' powered Lamborghini for Domenico Achilli and Pascal Villanova. Achilli Motors was the last to win the last Offshore Classic race,the Viareggio-Bastia-Viareggio in 1994 setting a new speed record.
Bibliko was the former Ottaviani for Giorgio Leonetti in 1993.
The third image show the Stain shipyards in 1987.

In Key West 1987 BabyCresci collected three DNF or low placements.
The winner of the third,long,race was the mono hull CUV 40' Raimbow of Eduardo Polli.

Yes I remember Rainbow winning the last day .........but also remember Cresi running out front for awhile must of led then broke. Thanks for all the history.

Marco - thanks for clearing up a lot of the confusion over which boats were re-named/painted etc. Itīs good to get a clearer picture of how each boat changed. How do you do it?!!!
