No....any package that is sent out of the US can't go via the regular Fed Ex or UPS pickup from us. but has to be hand carried to the post office and customs forms etc have to be made out.

Actually UPS is the only one that does and does it smoothly. They handle all the customs them selves and charge the customer a percentage of the purchase price when they pick it up.
