Just wanted to say thanks for the article this month. The Michigan Madman, EJ Potter, was something of a childhood "hero" to me (along with guys like Dock Ellis and Joe Kittenger). One of of those guys who still has/had the pioneering spirit that made the good ol' US of A a great place to live. I didn't know Potter had any involvement with boat racing. So thanks for shedding some new light on an already interesting charachter.
