Restoration of Jesse James 48 Conquest?
 

I thought this boat was being restored back in japan by Legacy Custom Marine?
Any word on the status, or what/where the boat is?

The boat is an Urban legend........

That boat was sold to some Japanese group almost 20 years ago...and has languished ever since. I was told at various times it was in a field in Calif., a warehouse in Arizona, and in Japan. I have also been told that it was stripped of its hardware by various urchins..... If the drives, props and drop boxes are gone......good luck on any meaningful restoration.

I thought Steve at Legacy Custom Marine was ordering parts for the boat and was going back and forth to Japan...Work had already started....

last i saw it was in a wharehouse in az. it would be nice to see her run again
