1980's 30Ft Eagle OS V-Bottoms
 

While doing some shopping for 27-31 Classic V-bottoms,

I have found a couple of these boats 1 twin OB, 1 twin BB IO/TRS.

Does anyone remember who made the Eagles ? If I recall they were a South Florida pop of a cig or scarab. My Buddy says it looks like a 24 degree bottom with a couple of strakes.

The Eagle Pacific was a West Coast boat. These boats don't look like this.

I don't have any pics as these are barn stored boats out east under $15K. Boats were put away running. All the good stuff seems to be there.

The twin IO boat in Ohio has conservative Carb 454/468's with Merlins, Hydraulic flat tappet cams, Good Alum intakes, MSD. Someones SS water headers. The rest is all Merc parts, TRS no nose cones, Tie bars. External Hydraulic power steering. Quality parts, no blowers Just need cosmetic TLC.

I'd guess these motors are 450-500HP what do you think? This boat should run 70 if its not a sponge core or heavy lay up stone

The OB Boat has OMC V8's I would kick to the curb for E-TECS

Need your thoughts on Top speed, weight, draft, estimates of both. No listings in ABOS or NADA. Can't find a test or ad in any of my old Powerboat mags.

I have had my Avanti on LG since 1983. Start an Avanti tread on one of the other sites like seriousoffhore ,speedwake or boatfreaks and I will post pictures. I have all org. Avanti sales flyers, price lists. I an not able to post pictures on this site
