36 Cigarette triple
Anybody remember Cigarette's 1st triple engine boat? A Black 36 w triple 370's and TRS drives. It was in MB&S as a boat test. Top speed 67 MPH.Wonder who has it now?

Do you have more info about it?!
Year,name,owner/driver....photo? |
This wasn't a race boat, I will try to dig out the article,I know I have it somewhere.I think it was around 1980-81It was the older style deck with raised rear hatches.

I remember the article, I think it was triple small blocks.

Could have been small blocks?! My Current Cigarette is a 75' Awesome (raised deck 35) and when I bought it 10 years ago it had 390 small block Tempests in it w/TRS drives. They were built by Mercury high performance-I still have the owners manuals and warranty info,90 days, 11:1 compression,Owners manual says "Use only 100 octaine gasoline" Must have been a Sunoco somewhere on the water!
