Sounds great! The boat looks really clean. When do you think you will get in wet?

TheFever29 06-03-2009 08:50 AM

Not for awhile because i have to go over the entire system. Barney Welch who originally restored it is going to help me do that since he knows most about it and had it running in the water last. So once the checklist goes green then it will be in the water.

i will do a video of it for sure when it gets launched for the first time by me and load it up

Pictures!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!

TheFever29 06-12-2009 06:16 PM

yeah it is the same boat that was posted on boat trader for 139k. i think ill post up the pictures on flickr and post a link up because i cant post pictures here. so hopefully i get that done tonight.
boat is still waiting to go in the water. i just got my stainless steel GIL marine sea strainers so that should be installed hopefully by next weekend. Everything has been taking so long to do since my work schedule is so busy. also have to get the props balanced since one was slighty damaged when i purchased the boat.
Also need to make a custom mount for the new Garmin 5215 GPS. Anyone know if they make a in hull transducer for this model? Because theres no way im drilling through this hull anywhere. its so solid and dont want any potential weak spots.
