Newb with a ChrisCraft stinger question...
 

I did a search first but didn't find out what I was lookin for, so here's my question......Does anyone know anything about a 390x with that came with twin turbo'd 502's blow-thru style? The guy doesn't want that much for it and I'm just doing a little research on it before I decide to purchase it. Thanks.

They Are MCM 475 Turbo. 475 HP. 454 cid 7:1 Cr. We used to put 4:25 Stroke cranks in them and make 482cid. If I remember right Gale Banks had something to do with them back in the day.

Chett, If you have the Mercruiser 475 Turbo you should have Speedmaster II drives with hydraulic steering. The turbos are a draw thru system. I have the MCM 475 turbo system in my Scarab. Here are a couple of pictures of it. The original system did not have an intercooler either.
