Had a chance to check this boat out over the summer at PIB. It's a beauty.

Video is in the Trenton channel taken from the Grosse Isle side of the river. Pic is just south of Detroit in the river during the Fall run. It was raining hard so pic is not clear. I am located in S E Michigan 21 miles north of Toledo Ohio.

That's cool -- I have a customer/friend who lives on Grosse Isle, and I was just in Wyandotte a few weeks ago having lunch on the water with him and his wife. That's a neat area. I'm on the west side between Holland and Grand Haven.

This boat is now for sale. The owner of 21 years is moving into a 2009 Nortech 3600 Supercat and is interested in offers on this 1 of a kind boat. The updates done to this boat 20 months ago cost over 140K but owner understands that the current economy is going to dictate a low number and is willing to take a large loss. The engines are currently out of the boat for valve train upgrades so a complete engine inspection by potential buyers are welcome. We have a few local customers interested in the drive train at this time but the owner would prefer to sell the boat complete because it is to nice to part out.

Brivander, he has a small runabout and isn't part of OSO -- I assuming you were referring to some kind of forum nick name?

Nope, Portofino, is the restaurant in Wyandotte I was thinking you were talking about. Maybe not though. This is my neck of the woods.

Yep, that's the one where we had lunch. That's got to be awesome in the middle of summer.

Damn Dave. Aren't you the eagle eyed wonder. I was perusing
this thread and did not remember this boat at all. So I loaded
the CD and sure enough there it was. They were prominently
featured at the start and throughout the first few minutes of
the video. What the hell! I remember all the other boats but
not this one. :lolhit:
