trying to find an old pic I have of this boat....anyone remember it?

yeah!, I saw someones avatar in here.... I may have my boats confused though...I thought it was a dark color hull...but the Great Adventure was winning alot... :)

was it Turnberry Isle or Le Club ? where they finally stopped the races because of the noise? in the loiter area / staging areas...

I recall a Great Adventure with dark hull and maybe green letters?? I have to find that photo album!!! I think the letters were crooked and uneven...like this sort of: GrEaT AdVeNtUrE

I'm thinking of Great Adv. pre-1985??..I remember there wasn't too many Open Class boats...especially where we were tied up at...because they were too long?......looked like a restaurant....I dont remember the name of the place...I think it was before the A,B,C,D classes came about... I'm almost sure I have pics in an album.... but definitley south florida...most probably southeast florida... North Miami? Ft lauderdale? areas...

where can i find race line-ups for '87 and below

I remember the boats coming back to the docking area...the flag man dropped or mis threw the checkered flag to the winner.... and I jumped in and go it :) maybe I was 12 years old or so... (I may be mixing up the carribean club with this event)

I think there was one other boat that attracted my attention but i cant recall it's name....in the next slip over.... got a few names of great Adventure's competition in early 80's? I'm racking my brain....
