Looks like a Donzi Z-33. Hard with only one pic. The deck and port holes are probably an afterthought.

here's a shot of the bridge. It's listed as a Riva but I can't find any Riva that looks similar. I seem to remember a boat in the mid eightees that had that same round porthole. http://theodysseyboatworks.com/images/p1030583.jpg
