U can try King Marine in Verplaank, Ny. ,off route 9w, He had a 38' called "Dyno-Mite" , all red, minus power,drives.

There is a 38 down in Ohio. I might be able to get ahold of a guy that looked at it. Pretty rough as most of these old boats are.
