Seems like a lot of boat and motors for the $$. Sounds like the guy is somewhat desparate. Anyone looked at it?

Sounds too good to be true.

Here is the thread about it last year when the price was $11K, it had belonged to current owners father, both engines and 1 trans were in need of repair as of last November, current owner is not mechanically inclined, it is now being advertised as only both exhaust should be replaced and price is $8K

A friend of mine owned that boat in the mid 90's. The turbo engines were very temperamental. When it ran it was fast. Back then it was 90+. The dash had a back plate that said reggie fountain edition....I think it had the step in the hull but no beak. the first of the 10 meters.
