magnum 27 sedan

can a magnum 27 sedan be used for fishing offshore? my concern is the low transom. the exhausts are run through the volvo outdrives, not the transom. Did magnum ever build a 27 center console? I have never ridden on a 27 magnum, can it compare to say a regulator 26 center console in ride?
