And the exhaust for now is staying tuff at times can't shut off in waves water will run straight in heads.. Then have to pull all plugs turn motor over then reinstall and start...But sounds great |

Ok almost all the parts I needed I have found with the help of OSO.and good friends.

I see you pulled your motors with the drives still on. Do you have the merc trans? I was not aware this was possible. Would give alot more room to negotiate the removal. Thanks, Steve |
Yes have done this 3 times now removing motor with the drive on and the trans still on motor shaft just falls out a little finesse to reinstall but no problems.

I feel your pain on the weather. Was hoping to get mine off the trailer this week to fix a couple of blisters. Too cold for that.

Found the pilot bearing on eBay of all places just came in mail today going to try and test fire on ground this weekend.
Lots to do putting concrete in barn in 30 to 60 days and finely running the electric. I will get some pics this weekend to post of the progress. |

Ok motor almost done,bilge "one side" almost finished with new paint.
