3+ weeks. I contacted the owner probably a month ago about it.. Apparently there was a death in the family and they just now got to sending me more pics.

I think the checkmate is a real cool boat and have been keeping an eye on it. Seems like it'll be a bit of a slug though...

98 with that aluminum prop, dayum!!!! That's a well engineered machine then! Imagine what it would run with a real prop.

I love the lines of that Checkmate!! Ill bet you are right but you can always build a bigger motor. I just dont know how you lose with a 28 foot Checkmate on a trailer and Bravo drive for $8k....

Must have been rigged and dialed in by Triple Digits.....

Thats a great price too BUT how old is it? TRS transmissions?? I dont like the lines or colors nearly as much as the Checkmate but thats just personal preference. This is personal preference too but I much more prefer a single big block over twins big blocks due their increased maintenance and fuel consumption! At $4 per gallon that Formula is going to cost some serious coin every weekend!

That one has been for sale for a month or more as well.. Haven't looked at it though.

hey guys i got the boat total project going to need everything had trees growing out of the back seat stripped the rotted floor out good news stringers look good transom is solid i have been collecting parts to convert it to an outboard got the bracket hydo steering and controls looks like i will be busy over the winter oh yea forgot to mention nice myco trailer but it needs some restoration also it does have a custom hatch with a scoop that i am selling looks pretty good but unnecessary for an out board no way this thing did 90 it had crusader exhaust manifolds on it must have been close to stock 454 anyway thats the update not sure if i got screwed or not on the price but i sold the outdrive for $300 the gimble for $100 and a few other pieces left in the boat for another hundred
still got the hatch to sell and the steering and controls so i paid about a grand after travel expenses for it dosen't matter just always wanted one of these boats
