I was always amazed by Brownie's exploits.....and he also raced boats occasionally.

Happy to see Brownie kept his shirt on in the above photo....just shows he always was in control of the situation.
Here are the boats Don ran from that same 28 foot series...... 007 full size, won both Miami - Nassau and also the Round Nassau race the same year. 008 cut down sides....Won the Houston Channel Derby race....if my memory serves me, with Brownie on board. |
