Hard to tell but looking at the rub rail line I have seen old Cig race boats like that.

Unfortunately it appears to be there WAY longer then Sandys arrival. I'll get more pictures tomm on my way back from the job. It's in Atlantic Highlands on RT 36.

My money would be on a cruiser version the original wide body 40` Cigarette given the change in sheer- line aft. Nocky House used to race one then sold it to Michael Doxford of the Limit Up team in the UK Back in the `70`s
