Found this on nearby craigslist, doesn't seem too bad. Not too far from my parents house too. I would be interested but it just needs too much work for me

I am in the process of re-doing mine....I have an '84 with a 230 and it will be finished sometime this summer.
Just drop in a new engine or rebuild current, re-do floor and interior and you are good to go! Thats basically what I am doing with mine, plus more. Good luck, go for it!
