This one was taken from Anvil Point on the way home.....it was a bit more exciting than the way down there. Running 1200HP wide open in a 40 year old boat for 1hr 30mins is a damn cool experience but to have that happen in the Cowes Torquay Cowes race is something you will never forget!

Long live the CTC! This addiction is getting hard to shake off……….

I should point out that's 1hrs 30 mins down there and another 1hr 30 mins back!!

Here is another one from the Needles.

Also check out this link to youtube..............running sweet up the Solent on the last leg!!

In the last 4 years the boat has been entered into the CTC 3 times and has successfully completed each one without fault. The boat was built in 1973 and fully re-rigged by the current owner in 2010. Damn cool boat!

No doubt about it. I'm a happy boy.
Finally made it back home.
An endless thanks to the Toll and Bontoft families.
Made some new friends, annoyed some old ones and even picked up an imaginary one.

These pics make it worth while. What a great old boat.
Wouldn't want to race in anything else, well maybe a 36'.

Jeff
