Nice pics! I actually took the last one. Also, the date on the camera was wrong, it was taken in ~97...

It's a great shot, seeing all those Apaches together!

My dad worked for Monroe Spodak at Everglades from 73 until about 76. Great memories.

Yeh, like the look of that boat, do you know where it is now? Was it a race setup, or side by side?

No clue where it is now. It was a pleasure setup. Not the fastest but a ton of fun in the rough stuff. Great memories.

----I spent a bunch of time at Everglades just hanging around. Kept my 1st Donzi there in 1970 (Corsican 18ft). Its funny but I absolutely cant remember what I did with that boat. I guess I sold it but that memory is gone, gone, gone!!! That's what happens at age 67, I guess. Of course much time was spent staring across the corner at Magnum and Donzi next door as well.......Bill S

My uncle owned a condo right across the water from Everglades, just west of the public boat ramp. His patio actually faced Sea World, and my Grand Parents were across the street on the 5 th floor. I used it sit on the balcony and watch people launching there boats and sometimes cars as well. I fought my first fish at the public ramps.

Hate to hurt your memory some more but Everglades was in Ft Lauderdale on the 17th street causeway and Magnum/Donzi were on 188th street in Miami

This is built on the site of the former Everglades Marina. Still plenty of HP on that canal but most of it is in OB form!

----Jupiter,,,My bad,,,And to top it off, I actually lived right around the corner from the "correct" Everglades Marina. Around 1972 I kept another 18 Donzi there. Old age sucks!!!!!!......Bill S
