Made my figures. For the arms started out with 12 guage Romex and layered clay until they were built up, then shaped the arms. Put the arms in the oven to harden the clay. Life jackets were also made from clay. Still have to make the hands and life jacket buckles. They stand 4 inches tall, each one is different with the driver (Betty) being the shortest. In the last picture, driver on the left, other two are where they will be in the boat with different arm poses.

The bolsters started out as a block of wood. Shaped it and cut slots to simulate the vinyl upholstery. Softened the edges with the Dremel to give it a cushy look. Each section was pinned for perfect alignment, then glued. Applied epoxy to the seats and this gave the look I needed. Added piping. Painted International Orange. Seats now done.

Dashboard. A machinist friend gets credit for making the parts for me. He also made the graphics for the gauge dials. I had them printed on vinyl from Callie Graphics. You can't see them in the finished panel since they are black but there are toggle switches to the right of the gauge cluster and also on the left side. See the last pic.
