What good would the survey do someone that didn't pay to have it done if they bought the boat an had problems with things that the survey showed as good???

dear top banana,seems to be a misunderstanding with my reply i meant that i did not understand the question,,and you are ??????,, what i am suppose to answer on that,it can mean many things because i am many things,i am a father,a grandfather i am a car collector,and so and so.
