I don't mean to sound like a wet blanket, but since you mentioned you are wanting to buy a house...I would focus on that more than buying a bigger boat, especially one that old. Hindsight is 20/20, but if I could do it again I would probably have bought a house before I bought my boat...

Look into doing a Bravo upgrade on the 240 and enjoy it.

depends, if you bought my formula 302 you could have afforded the new house and the boat
the formula 302 is a great boat and rides much better than a 24 baja in the larger lk erie slop ( and anywhere else), there is no comparison between the boats, and a formula is a better built boat

I would go with the 302 and sell the baja to get your $$ back

don't forget the tow vehicle I would think you would need a 3/4 ton truck for the formula

you can pull a formula 302 with a half ton pick up all day long, but would not advise a bronco or ramcharger
