Magnum Sedan Outboard

Looks GREAT! I really like how you eliminated the window for a low profile windscreen. I also like the boat without the railing. What performance numbers are you running? My guess would be mid to high 50's based on Magnum being heavy.

Fast Shafts, You hit the nail on the head. With just myself in the boat and a light load the boat will run 56, but it'll run 54 consistently with people and fuel. It seems to like cruising at 40 mph running around 4400 rpm's

Beautiful job. I like the teak floor. mine has teak on the deck behind the windscreen and on the engine cover thanks to the original owner. as a sedan lover I love it when another one gets saved/restored. I would have thought it would be faster. My Mercruisers are 250 hp at the prop and I get a solid 65 with me and half fuel. I also re-bonded the hull and deck, but i didn't go so far as glassing. 5200 and new screws and bolts. Enjoy

27 sedan, I have seen your magnum on other threads and I’ve always loved your boat. I am in the process of re-propping the boat because they are too small. I hope to gain some top end speed!
