18, 19, and 26 models. Ken sold Monza Marine in 1971 to Steve Weinsier, Jim Weinsier, George Johnnides, and Don Soffer was the money guy.

They named the company Monza Boat Company. It didn't pen out and Soffer ended up $200,000 in the hole. The Rautboard brothers then bought

the company and put it on the backburner. Did you ever get a chance to see the Monza 26 Plum Crazy, Tommy. I sure wish more 26s would have

been manufactured. Ken Elkind got into manufacturing waterskiing boats in the mid-70s and did so very successfully for more than 15 years.

Hey Lars I just stumbled upon your reply. There was a Plum Crazy that was a pleasure boat on Lake Michigan back in the 80s. I looked at it to buy about 15 years ago but the guy wanted too much for a non running boat that had been sitting for 20 years inside .

Where did you get that info about Monza Boat Company ownership ?
