Is there a date yet?

Topshelf38 02-27-2019 07:58 PM

From past events it was the 3rd Saturday in July. This year would by July 20th if that's the case .

h2oboater 02-28-2019 09:35 AM

Yes this years old school reunion will be Saturday July 20th & most likely @ Brownies on the Nautical Mile.

Here is the info from the 2018 Reunion. I'm sure it will follow the same as the multiple years before. " It will held at Brownies on Lake St Clair in St Clair Shores Mi. The time is from 1pm on, All are WELCOME"

Its always a great meet. Tons of old school and unique boats.

bigboat28 07-03-2019 11:18 AM

Is this still happening?

We are attending like every year. If anyone else attending is interested in making a run to another restaurant that day count us in! I was thinking maybe the Island Grill at the top of Anchor Bay. There is plenty of good docking and a nice atmospherehttps://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...85021e2c65.jpg

Would love to that's my side of the Lake anyway

justbassing 07-15-2019 12:48 PM

Finally took the mirage out for a ride Saturday good thing I did the water Circulation pump bit the dust sprayed water and I think it wiped out the alternator I just had rebuilt.
Slow ride back because the other motor I think may of sucked in some water from the pump going or possibly not changing the fuel/water separator yet(I know I should've)but had no power at all. So another round of new parts again more hoses, pump, spark plugs, possibly rebuild carb again I'm hopeful it is just the filters and or plugs fouled out.
So it's a coin toss if I can make it or not Saturday hopefully try it out one more day this week.
Any other thoughts?

ironhead 07-15-2019 08:12 PM

Saturdays weather

New revised weather report for Saturday only 20% chance of rain but it will be hot. It should be a great day to bring your offshore boats to Brownies.

justbassing 07-20-2019 07:03 PM

Well the mirage ran good made it there and enjoyed a great time with some great people but had to head to the dock had a bad vibration in drivetrain on the way to the tiki bar I'm guessing u joints,
but I did make it back..
Mark sorry to here about your troubles you should have called me.
I cannot believe the amount of time effort and money that everyone puts into their boats they all looked absolutely beautiful great work to you all.

Dave not bringing my Magnum was no big deal as I rode back in Rob's 41' Apache . The weather was great as well as this years Old School Reunion.
