Cowes Race 2019

Fairly calm seas but foggy over spots. Outerlimits for the second year in a row, won overall.

Dry Martini the 46 year old 35 Cigarette, still running with the original Kiekhaefer Aeromarine engines in it, almost had second place, but had problems with both GPS and had to navigate carefully near the finish and ended up third.

Real open ocean racing.....SEARACE

43 foot with a canopy. The same boat won overall last year too. Silverline is the name.

Dry Martini 9, shaken, but never stirred!

Though the Outerlimits 43 is devastatingly fast in the calmer conditions, it's pretty amazing in the rough too. However, it's with the good ol' Cigarette 35 Dry Martini that my heart belongs.

A few more classic Don Aronow creations!!!

Isn't it uncanny that the modern day GPS failed.
