Is Cobalt aware of this? When I mentioned to Cobalt years ago about an outboard version of the 343, the rep just smiled, winked and said the molds were still there and intact.

Thank you, I'm sure they will hear about it in a couple months when it hits the water. Now, it seems like they are doing well with the new line-up of models, not sure where something like this would fit.

How deep did you go? We are needing to get a return fuel line to tank and having a hard time getting to it. Any clues?

There are 2 vent lines for the fuel tank, you could use one as a return.
