I just wanted to thank COBRA POWER for building some Engines for me. I called up Randy on a Friday (I Live in NYS), hammered out a deal. I showed up Monday in Miami and his team put together a pair of Monsters for me. They built a pair of engines from pan to carb in 4 days, color matched, had them dyno'd and put back in my truck so I could be back in NY by Sunday. Randy is a class act and has been making HP for since 1981. He will work with you to get the job done. His pricing was straight forward and honest. All work is done in house. I was there all week, he even paid his employees overtime to get the job done ( I needed to leave on Friday!)
Awesome!

Going on the DYNO. All dressed up, Because of time restrictions, we didn't have time to paint the carbs. They will be painted before they go back in the boat Also swapped out some pulleys to match!!

If you need parts, drives, engines, rigging, anything related to boats and HP. Call Cobra Power they will have it in stock.

You won't regret it!

Weather has been so crappy in upstate NY. I have been trying to tidy up the bilge a bit to get the engines back in. Haven't caught a break yet. A few spots I need to touch up with bilge kote and I need to drill a few holes for some Intercooler dumps. Other then that, I am ready. I am unsure of the hatch clearance issue, but I have a few ideas to get around it.

Back in 2005 I had one of Randys 750 hp N.A. motor's in my pantera and that motor ran great :) Have fun boating

akaboatman 09-03-2017 08:24 PM

How did these engines work out ? It's been years.

30ftpanther 02-21-2018 04:41 PM

How many hours did you get out of the motors?

akaboatman 02-21-2018 07:32 PM

No response speaks volumes?
