If your 30 Concept c.c is equipped with Merc Verado engine package then you can completely have the engines fully out of the water while your boat is in the water resting in a slip.
A opti engine will have a little part of the lower unit touching the water when its in full trailer mode.

Gotcha, either way it looks like it would be far better than a stern drive (bravo 1, etc) even if only a small portion was dipped while in the slip.
