30 Sd ??
 

Looking for info on the 30 SD, speed with 250 Optimax also with 300 xs. How well do they handle the big water? any issues with the handling,fit,finish? I think it is a great looking boat. Any for sale? Thanks for any info.

Dennis, where are you located at I am from the factory and I can help you with any questions you might have. For instance, the boat with twin 300xs will run between 73 - 76mph depending on the props you might have. The boat must have the steering assist if you go with 300xs NO EXCEPTIONS. The 30sd with twin 250 optimax will run between 64 - 68mph and you do not need a steering assist. I have 2 available , one with a 250 optimax in red and a blue one with twin 300xs or I can custom build you one which ever you prefer. Did the attitude of the boat change when they moved the step?

We re-designed the step for that model and the boat changed totally to a better handling ride and we were able to get more speed out of it and still have the control of the boat.

What do you mean you have a 27? The hull is a true 28' with a 2' bracket. So LOA is 30'. What year is your 30sd?
