Wicked Won 36 concept?
Does anybody know the current condition/ recent history of Wicked Won's 36 concept? I searched old posts on the boat but couldn't find anything recent.
Its for sale on boat trader & I am interested in it, but would like to know if anyone has any first hand info on the boat before I head down to FL. Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks, Don |
Used to be in ohio and could be seen at the casino every weekend. The original owner is a great guy!! If Jim is selling it, he will not steer you wrong. He is one of the most knowledgeable guys in this game...

Thanks, Don All the power heads had been gone through before it was put away. Boat went south last fall. The only thing I can see wrong with it is a crack it bracket on the top side. But it can be fixed. |
I'll be heading down to check it out tomorrow.
turnerrd, any word on if the boat was ever was sorted out handling-wise? I was told it had issues early on with the triple Yamahas torquing the boat to left & always having to drag one tab. This will be my biggest boat purchase to date & I don't want to be sorry. Thanks, Don |
Good luck,
Tell Jim all of us from the North Coast says hi! Jr. |

That's on mine and the few other trip Verado boats. As far as I know their was never a problem with torquing to the left or having to drag a tab. It just seemed like the longer bracket put the CG back to far and made it ass heavy. Always had a porpois until about 60. Where mine comes out of it at 50. |
Thanks for the info, I was concerned about whether or not porpoising was an issue with that setup.
I did go & check it out but we couldn't come together on the price anyway, so I'm still looking at this point. |
