In your search for an outboard powered boat....stay away from the yamaha 300 hpdi. It will drop a cylinder sooner or later. Thats why you can find them relatively cheap!

There is a 33 Ocean Hawk on Scream and Fly for 42-43K, supposed to be awesome boats, I would also check out 36 Concepts,
