A couple members on that site have a single engine f29. If memory serves me correct, one guy has a Merc 700 and sees good numbers. Did you call Dave and ask, Dave would know more about numbers.

I am sure that is the boat. It used to be my boat... Solid all around ride with the 6 drive it ran!

Blue & green one in Northern Utah. I see him every weekend @ Deer Creek. Don't know what motor, but he hasn't passed me.

I take it you saw that F-29 repo for sale at National Liquidators with no motor/drive/rear hatch. I was wondering the same thing. Let me know if you want me to go take a look at it since it's only 5 minutes from my house.

Yes it is a needle in the haystack.

I know of two other owners Jeff aka Washed Ashore he is running a stretched Mach 26 with Number 6 drive and moster power over 1100HP. Also BMABITY aka Fred who has a Mach 29 with a HP700 and NXT drive.

A few others who converted but it is a minority boat owners club for sure. Single engine surface drive is a difficult proposal with a lot of variables each of them with their own obstacles.

A 29 with a the new Merc 1350 and # 8 turned up a little more would be a sweet setup.

There is a 29 DCB with a very low hour Bob Teague 1000 for sale in the Topeka Ks. Lake Perry area.

F29 Catamaran... not a Vee hull....DCB doesnt make a 29Vee, they make an FX28, and hes looking for an F29 Cat... single, which is hard to find...
