I'm in the middle of making a bowrider out of 28 ft magnum. You shouldn't have any problems as long as you work around the bulkhead. The deck needs to be glassed into the floor by side sections, that is the difficult part. Im in the same situation, to many family members.

I did a bow rider ina 96 Fountain Fever 27. It was the best thing that could have posibbly happened to that boat

Call Fiberglass Art Marine, they are located in central Iowa and do phenomenal glass/gel coat work. Guranteed you will think it came from the factory with an open bow...they do immaculate work. cal 515-834-2246 and ask for Tim

I have the Bowrider oin my group, 25' and the crowd allways rides with me. If it is structurally sound, do the conversion. When is the last time any of you under 35' used your cabin???
