Polishing Imron?

What should I use to polish the Imron on my boat?

Re: Polishing Imron?

I have always used Meguire's Fine Cut Cleaner followed by Star-brite teflon wax.

AMEN Ginger! We used Imron esclusively at FPB and after a few weeks, it is like Awlgrip! # 2000 W/D is about all you would want to sand with and then it will take 2 or 3 compounds and graduated pads to keep from "swirling up." When it gets outside, you will be able to see the buff marks unless you have a few years under your belt. Goob luck!
