epoxy an hardwood toothpicks for small holes and epoxy and westsystem 404 for larger ones. let it cure for a week or so before you re drill it though. do you have enough room to offset the panel a bit and get into fresh glass or can you through bolt with a 10-24?

When I had some stripped screw holes in the fiberglass holding down my gauge panel, I got some strips of aluminum about a 1/4" thick and drilled and tapped it for a machine screw, then I
epoxied it under the stripped hole in the fiberglass. I repaired about a half a dozen holes like this last year and it worked great. |
