Exhaust stains
 

Not shure where I should have posted this but...I have a molded on swim platform and the exhaust exits under it. The exhaust has stained the gelcote. Any suggestions how to remove the stain and prevent it???:hitfan:

Hull cleaner like Zing or muratic acid dilluted 50/50 with water. Then hit it with Leverage or Rejex.

You may have to wet sand. The acid works good but the stains will only come back faster. I wet sanded mine and used leverage and still looks good a year later.
