Yep ,,,,,i agree with Jeff.

Nidacore ore a 20# foam board.

If it don't fit thru door cut it and glass it toghether inside at the spot u need it .

Use 12" stripes to glas to hull 6" each side overlap ,dont do overkill, its called crashbulkhead ,,,u whant it to break lose in case of a crash.

Don't cut it to a perfect fit either ,,leave a gab about 1/18 around the bulkhead ,,,,yes AIR gap !!!!!

Coosa would be a good choice if the budget can support it. (yes i said Coosa . . . . its not a transom :D) My next choice would be Baltek or a ridged foam. Scored but not scrimmed.

Here is another picture from today. I have got to fix the huge holes someone cut for the AC. I am trying to decide where exactly I need structure. The Deck has nothing!!

Thanks for the input, keep it comming.

Looks actually pretty solid. Just lay one layer of class over the holes and then cut a nice round peace of foamboard ,putty it inand glass the other side . DONE .

I thought about a winter blast at this weight. It only weighed 10,500 last year.
