Bilge paint question? Temp?
Getting ready to order paint for the bilge...from what i have seen i want AWLGRIP just want to make sure on part numbers, cuz there are a few to choose from:
Snow white G-8044 Polyster gallon and a gallonof ALWGRIP ALWCAT #3 brushable. Is that allI need no primer right. Its 30 degreed here and i will heat the space to about 50 then aply and then leave heat on for 5 or 6 hours then it will get cold, will i have a problem??? |

cold temps can cause blushing you should try and find a way to keep some heat in it. I find those little cheapy ceramic heaters work pretty god for this kinda stuff. If you can block it off somehow with either plastic sheeting or cardboard you'de be surprised how warm you can get it with one of those things. Bilgekote should work fine, i have never used it but heard its good stuff.
