Nope. Something better, in my opinion anyway. MUCH less expensive than NuTeak. I had researched that as well.

It is 6MM thick, so it has a cushion effect. I can drop a beer bottle on it and it will bounce. More importantly, my 3 & 5 year olds can take a header on it and not end up in the ER. Closed cell, so it is waterproof and has EVA protection built into it to help from fading. Does not hold heat, but I wanted something lighter and am the first boat with "Holly & Teak" vs. a Teak & Holly or darker Teak pattern. The ability to cut in any pattern and do things like add patterns or logos (I had the Intrepid logo put in 2 places) sold me. I think from having a Cigarette it makes you want to see the logo 492 times on the boat in every possible location. :lolhit:

I got to proof the work and make changes before it was cut and that was a plus for me as well. Final design attached. Very cool the way all the measurements are digitized.
