DA sanding

I wanted to sand the bilge on my boat before I paint the bilge and I had a couple of questions about using the da sander. Are there any cautions to take when using the da? Any special techniques used? Thanks and any help would be appreciated.

Before you do any sanding make sure you degrease good enough that you could eat off the surface .

+1

No special technique, just don't apply too much pressure. Take your time and let the machine do the work.
