Hey Ryan what kind of fairing material are you using in the bilge?.................you are a perfectionist even in the bilge!

I went back a few pages to see what you have done since I looked last, I like the roll up cabin door. I might have to talk to you about how you are doing that. The exhaust tips are pretty cool too. How did you allow for water drainage under the fuel tank? or is that not a concern? That thing is going to be super sweet, Nice work!!! Randy

Looks great!! Is that putty easy to work with? I'm doing a re-rig this year and want to do a smooth finish on the transom and bidge. What primer and paint are you using?

Its not to bad to sand, not as easy as some BONDO style putties. But its a lot more durable and harder! The primer i used is made by EVER COAT and is called slick sand its a really high build primer. it will fill 50 to 80 grit scratches with 3 coats you mix it with MEK hardener. EVER COAT makes some stuff called feather fill as well that is suppose to build even higher, its more like a spray filler you can fix small dints with it, really good stuff. And I'm doing a PPG base coat white PPG 2021 clear coat with a pearl white mica mid coat. like i did my bottom...I know I know its a little over bored but is SO MUCH prettier then just a plain white. i hope this helps.

I've never used the slick sand or feather fill but I use evercoats 4:1 Super high build primer. Its a polyester fill prime that is AMAZING. We use it on all of our over all paint jobs at my shop. Its really amazing stuff! Lookin good man, sometimes I wish I put that much time into my boat but I had to get her in the water this year. haha

So i know this build has taken longer the i wanted or thought it would but that because i change my mind more then a woman all the time and add things, on top of that i have a severe case of OCD lol witch suck for me when im doing 99% of the work. but heres the last add on im done with the glass work and almost done sanding, im so ready to get some paint on this thing! So i was a little worried i was not going to have enough air flow to my motor and i would like to put a blower on later down the road. so i knew i wouldn't have enough air then. So for my last and final add on are some bad a$$ ram air scoops. and holy chit they look AWESOME. im so glad i when ahead and did it. it was a nice 3 day up grade.
