speaker pod suggestions??
 

I am makling speaker pods to go behind the windscreen on my 272 boss and wondering what ideas anyone may have to make this simple to coat.. I'm forming them out of 1" yelllow foam board and wood glue.. First thought was to wrap it in fiberglass but wondering if it would be any easier just to spread a layer of epoxy and sand it.. or is there maybe a spray that may work like a bed liner??? i will be wanting it smooth to clear over white and red.. thanks

thinkin about tryin a gloss type bed liner....

I had a local stereo shop make two out of fiberglass for my 25 OL to fit on center step, they turned out nice.

actually trying bondo glass over the styrofoam.. it get a little hot and melts itself in but seems to be workin.. have second layer on now and waiting to sand.. hopefully it stays bonded to the foam...
