possibly A CHROME FILM WATER TRANSFER?
|
Hi all,
Been lurking a long time, but hopefully I can finally contribute something helpful. Plastic can be chromed (think model car parts) using the vacuum metallizing process, as has been previously mentioned. Go to www.chromeplating.com and follow the link for plastic plating. I spend alot of money with these guys (and I'm all the way on the opposite coast!) and their service and results are all A+ in my experience. Any other process that purports to be able to chrome plate plastics is just a waste of time/money in my experience. Dave |
