Update
 

Been moving right along and have the transom in 2 pieces of 3/4" plywood sandwich-ing 2 layers of fiberglass and working on the stringers. Stringers are 1 1/2" 24 lb foam so that should be a good foundation for my small block to sit on and hopefully I will be able to jump some waves now hahaa

Hey man post more pics of the stringer replacement i wanna see how you joined it in up front, was the bulkhead still good?
