Bunk trailer and stringer removal

Getting ready to cut out my engine stringers and curious if my bunk trailer will give the hull enough support and not cause hull distortion? Thanks

You should be fine, I have the same Roadrunner trailer under my 25 Baja Outlaw and I replace both the stringers and transom with it sitting on the trailer with no problem. I would not hesitate to do, you have a nice bunk trailer. It’s a big project, good luck !!!

Loosen the the bow strap so there is no chance of pulling the front down and causing the front of the bunks to push up. Also block your trailer in the rear so the boat doesnt bounce up and down when you are working and getting in and out.

I did full stringers front to rear on my 217 intruder mirage with no issues on a bunk trailer.

I've done tons of stringer jobs supported on bunk trailers. just make sure there are no stress risers and I usually unload a bit of weight with two or four strategically placed screw jacks at the hard chines and I agree with above loosen the bow strap while your at it.
