Not well, the scanner use light to penetrate into the paint and get the "signature" of the toners or something like that. I asked one time and my guy said no bueno on pics for the scanner, but he could hand-match.

looks to me like caymian green or caymian blue poly.

Pretty sure that it is a powder coat color, a metallic Cerulean blue. I had a pair of Lightning headers done in a similar color. Go to a quality powder coating shop for help.
