I have tried many different products as detailing cars & boats is kind of a hobby. I Like Collenite Fleetwax, but I also really like the Starbrite polish with Teflon. It really leaves a slick surface finish. I've used all of the 3M products too and I like the Finesse IT polish prior to wax. My boat is black so every little mark shows. I compound, polish and wax every season to keep it shiny.

I remember a thread from a couple years ago and eliminater shane? maybe saying polish for paint has petro products and won't last on gel although giving an initial great look . I wanted to try it out but never really could figure out exactly what I needed. He was using presta and something else which escapes me now.
